(BISMARCK, ND) – The North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party is releasing its delegate selection plan for the 2016 Democratic National Convention, which will be held July 25 – 28, 2016 in Philadelphia.

Democratic National Committee rules require each state party to make their delegate selection plans public and subject to public comment.
